PVC vinyl siding exterior / outside wall panel extrusion line  is applied in house, office building, villa, and wall protection. Due to it’s top layer covered with PVC, ASA, or PMMA, it can be used in hot, cold dry or wet place, can bear long time sun light, wind, rain and bad weather.
This line consists of extruder, co-extruder, embosser, constant temperature oil tank, vacuum calibrator tank, punching machine, haul off, cutter and stacker.
We can supply ordinary speed (6-8m/min) and high speed (10-20m/min) production line.
